Wing Motion 2D
Pitch (upward and downward movement of wing nose) and heave (linear vertical up/down) motion of the wing is simulated in 2D using OpenFOAM's dynamic mesh solver. Dynamic mesh solver is used to model flows where the shape of the domain is changing with time due to motion on the domain boundaries. Simulation files for this case are also attached for download.
