i watched your turtorial clip and dowload your attach file, i did it what you turtorial but the result don't like with your result, gears position were wrong. I think because position what i apply, so can you tell me how do define center gear position? Please help me because it's very necessary with me. Thank you!

For every geometry/CAD model there are different local center of gravity (CG) points. So if you use different geometry then you have to use corresponding CG points. You can check your CG points either through your CAD tool or in ANSYS Workbench. This is also explained in the tutorial PDF attached here: http://fetchcfd.com/view-project/730
